
Description
The Pharmacy Manager of Clinical Services is responsible for the development and management of Clinical Pharmacy Services at Regions Hospital and works closely with other pharmacy leaders, nursing leaders, providers and other hospital staff to provide quality pharmacy services. This manager will also collaborate with other leaders on system level clinical projects, guidelines, order sets, policies, etc. that will guide the direction of clinical pharmacy services for HealthPartners. Besides directly supervising the clinical pharmacists, the Pharmacy Manager of Clinical Services also is responsible for leading the PGY1 and PGY2 Pharmacy Residency programs to assure accreditation as well as ongoing development. This leader will participate in key committees such as Pharmacy & Therapeutics, Medication Safety and Order sets at both the hospital and system levels, and collaborate with other leaders to ensure improved patient safety and outcomes. Areas of clinical oversight include critical care, internal medicine, emergency medicine, infectious disease, burn, trauma and psychiatry.

This is a non-union 1.0 FTE (80 hours per pay period) day shift (with no weekends or holidays) position working in St. Paul, MN. The full salary range for this position is $132,653-$205,610 annually, based on experience. This position is exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act, and is eligible for benefits. Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or Pharm. D. from an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy.
- Three years of experience as a clinical pharmacist.
- Licensure to practice pharmacy in the State of Minnesota.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree such as an MBA or MSHSPA.
- Completion of a post-doctoral PGY2 residency in a clinical specialty or pharmacy administration.
- Five years of experience as a clinical pharmacist.
- Three years of supervisory experience.
- Board Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist.
